How can I earn points?
You can earn points by creating an account, shopping at dreamsdoll.com, following us on social media, leaving reviews, and more!

To earn shopping points, please make sure to use the email address linked to your account when checking out.

How do I use my points?
Points can be redeemed for coupons. You can convert your points into discount codes by logging in to the VIP widget at the bottom right of the Tantaly website or at the checkout page. You can then use these discount codes during checkout.
Do points and rewards expire?
The points and rewards redeemed with points are valid for one year.
Why didn't I receive points for my purchase?
You may have used a different email address for registration and checkout. If you used a specific email at checkout different from the one you logged in with before purchasing, this situation could occur. If this is the case, please email us at info@dreamsdoll.com.
Why didn't I achieve the expected VIP level despite spending a specific amount last year?
If you did not join the Tantaly VIP Club when making purchases, you won't accumulate purchase points and spending amounts. Your VIP level is determined by your annual spending after joining the VIP Club.
